Your tasks
Bring Clarity, Structure, and Impact to the Revenue Funnel
As RevOps Manager, you'll be the central link between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product. You’ll shape smooth workflows, ensure transparency through reporting, and create a reliable foundation for revenue decisions.
- Design and improve sales processes: You’ll structure lead and opportunity workflows — from qualification to quoting — and optimize them for clarity and efficiency
- Data-driven steering: You build and maintain KPIs, forecasts, and dashboards. When performance veers off track, you proactively suggest action or escalate to the C-level
- CRM ownership: You manage and develop our SugarCRM system, ensure clean data structures, and drive active usage across teams
- Enforce internal standards: You ensure SLAs, documentation guidelines, and process rules are followed — with clear controls, feedback loops, and follow-ups
- Align cross-functional teams: You manage process handovers and shared understanding between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product
- Support tool and process rollouts: You lead the implementation of new processes or tools, provide training, and ensure adoption through clear communication and documentation
- Specify reporting requirements: You document the business requirements for dashboards and help translate them for our internal data team
