Our products cover secure email encryption, large file transfers, and compliance-ready data exchange in the German energy market.

With 130 employees from over 30 countries, we build solutions that combine cybersecurity, data privacy, and independence. To support our growth and revenue strategy, we’re now looking for a new team member to strengthen our Revenue Operations function.

Your tasks

Your Role: Bring Clarity, Structure, and Impact to the Revenue Funnel

As part of the Revenue Operations (RevOps) Teams, you'll be the central link between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product. You’ll shape smooth workflows, ensure transparency through reporting, and create a reliable foundation for revenue decisions.

  • Design and improve sales processes: You’ll structure lead and opportunity workflows — from qualification to quoting — and optimize them for clarity and efficiency
  • Data-driven steering: You build and maintain KPIs, forecasts, and dashboards. When performance veers off track, you proactively suggest action or escalate to the C-level
  • CRM ownership: You manage and develop our SugarCRM system, ensure clean data structures, and drive active usage across teams
  • Enforce internal standards: You ensure SLAs, documentation guidelines, and process rules are followed — with clear controls, feedback loops, and follow-ups
  • Align cross-functional teams: You manage process handovers and shared understanding between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product
  • Support tool and process rollouts: You lead the implementation of new processes or tools, provide training, and ensure adoption through clear communication and documentation

Your profile

  • Experience in Sales Operations, CRM Management, or Revenue Operations, ideally in a B2B software environment
  • Solid understanding of business processes and how they contribute to revenue growth
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers and tools like Excel or Calc
  • Experience working with CRM systems — ideally SugarCRM
  • A structured, independent working style and a good sense of priorities and detail
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English one of them must be C1 the other can be B2
