Who we are
Your tasks
Are you well organized, reliable, and enjoy making sure everything runs smoothly within a team? As a Team Assistant, you will take responsibility for coordination, documentation, and a variety of organizational tasks. By doing so, you will enable our Product Management team to focus on strategy, discovery, and delivery.
- You will coordinate tasks, timelines, and dependencies around our software releases, while also taking ownership of recurring release-related activities.
- You will research new tools and other relevant topics, presenting your findings in a clear and structured way so the team can make well-informed decisions quickly.
- You will keep our team documentation, templates, and process descriptions up to date and well organized.
- You will support the preparation and recording of product demos.
- You will reliably organize internal meetings, document decisions and next steps, and ensure that agreed action items are followed up.
- You will independently manage smaller internal projects and drive them through to successful completion.
Your profile
- You have completed a commercial or administrative apprenticeship, hold a relevant degree, or possess a comparable qualification.
- You have at least two years of experience as a Team Assistant, Project Coordinator, or in a similar role.
- You work in a structured, meticulous, and self-driven manner.
- Even when managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously, you stay organized and consistently follow through on open items until completion.
- You quickly absorb information and organize it in a logical and meaningful way.
- You communicate clearly, professionally, and with confidence.
- You have an interest in software products and are eager to familiarize yourself with technical and product-related topics.
- Excellent written and spoken English completes your profile.

- Good German language skills
- Experience working in a software or technology company
- Proficiency with tools such as Confluence, Jira, YouTrack, or similar applications
