Your tasks

As a Working Student in Recruitment & HR Operations, you will contribute to the HR processes (especially recruitment) of a growing IT security company with over 100 employees. While ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, you will also help us analyze, improve and further develop our recruiting processes and tools.
We offer you real ownership, close collaboration with experienced colleagues and a clear development perspective towards a permanent HR position after your studies. In this role, you will:
  • Ensure that incoming applications are reviewed and processed in a timely manner.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews and assessments.
  • Publish and update job postings on external job boards and our careers page.
  • Assist in creating recruitment related documents.
  • Document recruitment related processes. 
  • Handle incoming emails and calls.
  • Conduct interviews, support with active searches, create presentations and assist in other HR tasks (e.g., managing sick notices, creating employment contracts or references, contributing to payroll)

Your profile

  • Proof of ongoing studies in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You are eager to grow within and learn about the field of Human Resources and aim to build a long-term career in HR.
  • Good German and English language skills (at least B2 level in both, written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, combined with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow processes without losing track of details.
  • You enjoy working with people and thrive in a team environment.
  • You are willing to work on-site 1–2 days per week in Berlin-Neukölln, combined with the option to work from home once you are well onboarded.

Nice to have
  • Previous experience with posting and managing job ads on job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Federal Employment Agency).
  • Experience with recruiting software (for example Personio).
  • Experience with Confluence, Jira and YouTrack.
