Your tasks
As a Back Office Assistant, you handle what comes with after a new subscription. You support operations after the sale – from order processing to customer onboarding. You also help optimize processes to ensure workflows run smoothly for everyone. Your colleagues in Sales rely on you to keep orders on track so they can focus on selling.
- Manage and process customer orders from confirmation to invoicing, ensuring a seamless post-sales workflow
- Create and send key documents, including contracts, order confirmations, and invoices
- Process invoices for digital certificates from certificate authorities
- Be the first point of contact for customers, partners, and suppliers regarding questions or issues related to orders
- Support customer success initiatives, such as follow-up calls with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction
- Coordinate training sessions for customers and partners, helping them get the best value from our products
- Maintain and update customer data in SugarCRM to ensure all information is accurate and readily available
