Your tasks
As
Back Office Assistant (f/m/d) and member of the Operations Team, you take care of everything that happens after a software purchase – from order processing to onboarding. You also support digital email certificate administration for our customers.
- Manage and process customer orders from confirmation to invoicing, ensuring a seamless post-sales workflow
- Create and send key documents, including contracts, order confirmations, and invoices
- Process invoices for digital certificates from certificate authorities
- Be the first point of contact for customers, partners, and suppliers regarding questions or issues related to orders
- Maintain and update customer data in SugarCRM to ensure all information is accurate and readily available
